Delivery Information

All deliveries are handled via InDrive. Pictures of your order will be shared before dispatch to confirm quality and accuracy. Please ensure that the recipient is present at the delivery location at the agreed time. We do not accommodate surprise deliveries or unattended drop-offs.

Delivery Charges & Payments

If you select the InDrive (Fare Added) option, an estimated fare of PKR 400–2000 will be added to your final bill based on your area. For the InDrive (I Will Pay the Rider Myself) option, please do not pay the rider if your delivery fee has already been included in your order total.

Delivery Issues

While we take every precaution to ensure safe and timely delivery, The Florist will not be liable for any damage caused during delivery or transit. Once the order is handed over to the rider and photographic proof has been shared, our responsibility for the item ends.
